The Wauseon School Board approved the Sunshine Lease Addendum extending the current Board office (http://new.wauseon.k12.oh.us/District/BOE.htm) lease by one year until March 31, 2011 with the option to renew the lease for an additional five years from April 1, 2011 until March 31, 2016. The School Board has leased the top floor of the 10,000 square foot Sunshine Building (Old Peoples State Bank) in downtown Wauseon since March 2005 (http://sch.sunshineincnwo.com/spotlight/SpotLight3_05.pdf).
