These minutes are posted when completed and sent out to the various city departments (http://wauseon.com/1/city-information/670-city-contact-emails.html) by the Clerk of Council, which is typically one to two weeks before being officially approved by council.

We have requested these public records (http://www.ag.state.oh.us/legal/sunshine.asp) be made available to us before they are unanimously approved by council.

There is always the chance that these minutes could be amended, these are not the Council approved minutes, and only the approved minutes should be considered official. If the minutes ever change we will replace what was posted with the amended (official) minutes.
